Please arrive on time – no more than 5min early; don’t be late. Once your batting regiment begins, we will work with you until it is complete. Once over please leave the batting area, so other girls are not distracted. Eat a small light breakfast at least 45 min before your schedule practice time. Bring a small water jug that you will sip on during the work out. No more 12oz of fluid is needed during a 30 min workout. |
