THE AGE DETERMING DATE IS JANUARY 1st 2010
Every child must be registered before they are allowed to participate.
A NON-REFUNDABLE of $3.00 will be collected for each child for insurance.
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST LIVE WITHIN LAKESHORE DISTRICT.
JOIN OUR BOOSTER CLUB- COST $5.00 PER SPORT PER FAMILY.
