Please see attached flyer for tryout dates for all sports.  

To register, please bring with you the following:

1.  $4 per sport per child.  If your child will be playing more than one sport, he or she will need to have a registration form filled out for each sport, and a $4 fee paid per sport.

2.  A valid, government ID with an address on it in Lakeshore's district.  If you do not reside in Lakeshore's district, please bring your current & valid waiver with you to register.

3.  If registering for tackle football, please bring your child with you to register.  The staff must weigh your child at registration.
